At Dan's Custom Built Gaming Beasts, we stand by our craftsmanship and want to ensure your rig dominates the competition. If you are not completely satisfied with your build, you can return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your RMA

  Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure Your Beast

  Carefully pack your PC in its original double-walled box with the internal foam bracing to prevent component damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our lab.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will perform a 20-point hardware inspection upon arrival; once cleared, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
